General Rules & Regulations
1. Eligibility
- The exhibition is open to artists from all cities of Pakistan.
- Artists of minimum age limit to 18 years, including emerging, professional, self-taught, and art students, are welcome to apply.
- Participants must submit original artwork created by themselves.
2. Artwork Requirements
- All submitted artworks must follow the announced exhibition theme.
- Artwork must be original and must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Reproductions, AI-generated artwork, copied work, or unauthorized reproductions of another artist’s work are not permitted unless specifically allowed by the organizers.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to reject any artwork that does not meet exhibition standards or theme requirements.
3. Application & Registration
- Submission of the application form does not guarantee participation.
- Artwork selection will be made by the curatorial committee.
- Registration fees are non-refundable once the artwork has been selected and confirmed for participation.
- Incomplete applications may not be considered.
4. Artwork Information
- Artists must provide accurate information regarding title, medium, dimensions, year of creation, and sale price (if applicable).
- The submitted artwork must match the details provided in the application.
5. Framing & Presentation
- All artworks must be professionally presented and ready for display.
- Framed artworks should include proper hanging arrangements.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse artworks that arrive damaged, improperly framed, or unsuitable for exhibition display.
6. Delivery & Collection
- Artists are responsible for the safe delivery and collection of their artworks unless otherwise agreed.
- Artworks must be delivered within the specified submission period.
- Any transportation, courier, packaging, or shipping costs are the responsibility of the artist.
- Uncollected artworks after the announced collection period may be subject to storage limitations and additional handling arrangements.
7. Sales & Commission
- Artists may offer artworks for sale during the exhibition.
- Any applicable commission structure will be communicated separately before the exhibition.
- Sold artworks may remain on display until the conclusion of the exhibition unless otherwise agreed.
8. Photography & Promotion
- By participating, artists grant the organizers permission to photograph, film, and publish images of submitted artworks for promotional, educational, archival, and marketing purposes.
- Artists will be credited whenever reasonably possible.
9. Liability
- The organizers will take reasonable care of all artworks during the exhibition period.
- However, participation is at the artist’s own risk.
- The organizers shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage, fire, natural disasters, accidents, or circumstances beyond their control.
10. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the exhibition process.
- Any inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the exhibition without refund.
11. Exhibition Management Rights
- The organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding artwork selection, placement, display arrangements, event scheduling, and exhibition management.
- Decisions made by the organizing committee shall be final
12. Artwork Authenticity & Copyright Declaration
- The artist declares that all submitted artworks are their original creations and that they hold full ownership rights to the work.
- The submitted artwork must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of any individual or organization.
- Any reference materials, photographs, or source content used in the creation of the artwork must be legally obtained and appropriately credited where required.
- The artist shall be solely responsible for any claims, disputes, legal actions, or liabilities arising from copyright infringement, plagiarism, unauthorized reproduction, or ownership disputes related to the submitted artwork.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any artwork if concerns regarding originality, authenticity, copyright ownership, or ethical standards arise at any stage of the exhibition process.
- By submitting artwork, the artist confirms that all information provided is accurate and that the artwork is eligible for public exhibition.
- The artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, partners, sponsors, venue management, and associated representatives against any claims arising from the submitted artwork.
13. AI-Generated Artwork Policy

- The purpose of this exhibition is to promote and showcase original artistic expression and creative excellence.
- Artwork that is entirely generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems without substantial human artistic intervention is not eligible for submission unless specifically permitted in the exhibition guidelines.
- Artists who have used AI-assisted tools as part of their creative process must clearly disclose the nature and extent of AI involvement during the submission process.
- AI may be used for research, concept development, reference generation, or supporting elements; however, the final artwork should demonstrate significant human creativity, artistic decision-making, and execution.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to request additional information regarding the creation process of any submitted artwork.
- The organizers may reject, remove, or disqualify any artwork found to be misrepresented, misleadingly attributed, or in violation of the exhibition’s originality requirements.
- Failure to disclose the use of AI tools may result in disqualification from the exhibition and future opportunities organized by the institution.
- The decision of the organizing committee regarding the eligibility of AI-assisted or AI-generated artwork shall be final.
14. Acceptance of Terms
- Submission of an application and participation in the exhibition constitutes acceptance of all rules, regulations, and decisions made by the organizers.
