I got my graduation at the University of Peshawar’s Department of Art and Design, from where I graduated with an honors degree in Fine Arts. Soon after, I got married, and entered into my years of toil and labor shortly thereafter. Over the years, as I was raising my family of five children, I got briefly distanced from my passion, and instead found what was the purpose of my life – After taking a gap, I have now been painting for several years and could not be more excited for the work I have been doing and for what the future holds. Through artwork, I want to exhibit to the world the diversity of my existential experience and tell my story. I look to craft each brushstroke so it reflects my love for color and form to create pieces that are dynamic and harmonious. Over the years, I have honed my skillset around all formats of painting, and although watercolor remains my favorite, my experience has led me to develop a unique style that converges between tradition and innovation. I find most of my inspiration in nature and life’s everyday moments where I look to capture their essence in every stroke. Through my painting, I strive to bring joy and beauty to all who view my art and believe art has the capacity to cultivate experiences that contain the power to transform lives and spaces. Whether it’s a portrait or a landscape, my biggest joy is in knowing that what I put into every piece of art I create is my heart and soul. My hope is that my art will inspire others to appreciate the world around them and to find beauty even in the most mundane moments. I have exhibited my work in several prestigious exhibitions at venues such as Ocean Art Gallery, Studio Seven, Alliance Française, sumbara art and many other renowned galleries. In addition to these, I have also participated in international exhibitions, including those held in the USA, KSA, and beyond.
